West Morgan High School
West Morgan High School is a public high school at 261 South Greenway Drive in Trinity, Alabama. It is part of the Morgan County Schools. In 2021 it had 375 students in grades 9- 12. Built in 1961, the school is the home to the Rebels. The team colors are maroon and gray. In 2022 the school's student body was about 59 percent White, 33 percent Hispanic, and 6.4 percent Black. Fort Morgan High School
Fort Morgan High School is a public high school located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, United States, in Morgan County. It is one of two public high school's located in the town along with Lincoln High School. History The school was established in the 1920s. In 1931, robbers broke into the principal's office and stole $50 worth of student funds. In 1965, a new school building was constructed to replace the old one, which became a middle school. In 2000, the school was closed for four months after an asbestos cleanup went awry. The school football team were state champions in 1911,1952, 1999, and 2021. Morgan Park High School is a 4–year public high school and middle school located in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the far south side of Chicago, Illinois, United States. Opened in 1916, Morgan Park is a part of the Chicago Public Schools district. Morgan Park is located at the intersection of 111th Street and Vincennes Avenue. History Illinois law required children up to age 14 to attend school and the Village of Morgan Park had established several grammar schools by the late 1800s, but high school was considered a luxury, and it was usually left to the parents to send their children to private schools. West Liberty, Kentucky
West Liberty is a home rule-class city in Morgan County, Kentucky, United States. It is the county seat of Morgan County. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 3,435. It is located on the banks of the Licking River at the junction of Kentucky Route 7 and U.S. Route 460. History By 1816, an early settlement at the town site was called Wells Mills. When Morgan County was founded in 1823, the settlement was incorporated to become the county seat. It chose the name West Liberty in the belief that Pikeville, Kentucky would be called "Liberty" when it incorporated. The town is actually 100 miles east of Liberty, Kentucky. Three Civil War skirmishes were fought near West Liberty, and much of the town was burned during the war, including the courthouse. Morgan County is a county located in the central portion of the U.S. state of Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the population was 20,565. Its county seat is Versailles. The county was organized January 5, 1833 and named for General Daniel Morgan of the American Revolutionary War. History Morgan County was organized in 1833 upon separation from Cooper County. Morgan High School is a public high school in McConnelsville, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Morgan Local School District. History Morgan County was the first county in the United States to completely consolidate its various high schools into one school system. Morgan County was also the first school district in the US to form a comprehensive curriculum consisting of general, college preparatory, and vocational education, all within one county. The school is located near McConnelsville, Ohio, along the scenic banks of the Muskingum River. The Morgan Local School District received matching funds in the Vocational Act of 1963.
